- Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, for custom cookies there is a 1 dozen minimum order requirement and no less than ½ dozen of any specific design of cookie. For treats there is a 1 dozen minimum, except cupcakes which are 2 dozen minimum. ½ dozen minimum can be ordered for a second treat item. - Do you Deliver?
Yes I deliver curbside except right before a “holiday” to the following areas (if schedules sync…I’m a mom and a 1 woman business so sometimes I cannot deliver). Bronx, Lower Westchester, Manhattan West Side only above 96th street, Suffolk County Long Island east of Exit 57 on the LIE through Southampton on the South Fork and all of the North Fork. Delivery fees will apply and I do not deliver to the Bronx/Lower Westchester/Manhattan from June through Labor Day. - Where is pick up and will you ship?
Pick up is in Riverdale, Bronx, or Aquebogue, Suffolk County LI ,whichever is most convenient for you. I will ship within NYS-only for an additional shipping fee. - What are the payment terms?
50% of your total balance is required within 48 hours of receiving an invoice. This secures your order and the remaining balance is due 1 day before the due date unless paying by check, which will require that balance is due 7 days before the due date. Venmo, Zelle, Check and Cash are accepted forms of payment. Full refunds will be issued and changes can be made to your order until 14 days before your pick up or delivery date. No refunds will be issued and no changes can be made within 14 days of your pick up or delivery date. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it is picked up or delivered. Refunds requested after product completion due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored. - Can you make character cookies and treats?
I do not offer/create Disney characters (or other copyright characters) on cookies - Will you make an exact cookie that I saw online?
I never copy another cookie artist's work exactly, but am happy to take a look at photos you like for illustrative purposes to give me an idea of what you are looking for. - How long do treats last?
Each treat has a different freshness timeline. Custom cookies freeze beautifully and I am happy to share how to freeze and defrost them accordingly. Please contact me directly for any specific details - How do you deal with allergies and are your treats nut free?
Yes! All treats are nut free, however I do not bake in an allergen-free environment. While none of my products contain nuts, all of my products are baked in an environment where wheat, milk, tree nuts, eggs and soy may be present. Due to the presence of these allergens, I recommend that you make me aware of any allergens you may have. My kitchen is also not a Kosher certified kitchen. My kitchen is registered with NYS as a cottage baker kitchen and meets all compliance guidelines. - Will you accept rush orders?
I will do my best to accommodate a rush order, feel free to reach out and ask if I have space. Any order received within a week of the requested due date will incur a $25 rush order service fee.
